The table revisits the world of carpentry by making ordinary materials extraordinary.
The feet are giant, polished brass nails,
the structure a composition of solid oak, and the surface tempered grey glass.
The table plays on our contradicting perceptions: the angles of the nails depict instability,
inciting flashbacks of mishaps, whilst the overall
appearance gives the impression of equilibrium and elegance.
